Shipping policy

We ship across India, and shipping is free on all orders. There are no shipping charges at checkout.

1. Processing time

Every Alzonix piece is made to order. Orders are printed, quality-checked and packed within 2-5 business days after your order is confirmed.

2. Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3-8 business days. Metro cities are usually faster, while remote locations may take longer. In total, expect your order to reach you in about 5-13 business days from the date you order.

3. Order tracking

When your order ships, we will send you a tracking link by email and/or SMS. If you do not receive it within 7 days of ordering, please contact us.

4. Where we ship

We currently deliver within India only. Please make sure your PIN code is serviceable at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected PIN codes. Any COD fee is shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

6. Multiple items

Items in one order may be produced and shipped separately. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

7. Delays

Courier delays, weather, public holidays, sale periods and events outside our control can extend delivery. If your order has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch, contact us through our Contact Us page and we will follow up with the courier.

8. Incorrect address and failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has shipped. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or a refused parcel, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

9. Damaged or tampered parcels

If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
