We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look different on different screens, and print placement may vary slightly because each item is made to order. Please check the size chart before ordering.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We may change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time you order applies
If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full
Payment must be completed at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways

5. Orders

An order is confirmed once your payment (or COD confirmation) is successful and you receive our confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example due to stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an unserviceable address, and we will refund any amount paid.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Alzonix name, logo, designs, graphics, text and images, belongs to Alzonix and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attempt to hack, disrupt or damage the site or its security
Copy our designs or content, or misuse our brand
